| The term 'Finding Clarity' was defined to describe my erratic design process. Finding clarity from the abundance of inspirations, aspirations, thoughts and research in my own mind. |

What do I do?
I am a graphic designer however I don't like the limitations the title gives, I believe myself as more of a creative. With interests in other subjects such as fashion, photography, product and textiles I'd like to believe I have thoughts and ideas that can work throughout any of these fields therefore the promotion of myself as simply graphic designer is something I would like to avoid while broadening my horizons in any creative industry.
Why do I do what I do?
I believe to be creative is to be free/ interesting/ rebellious/ expressive/ exciting/ worthy of a life.
This is why the creative industries have been attracted to me, I realise the commercial side to the industry which may halt my process in these areas but with the right set up business wise, I can use the creative industry to fund and develop my own practice, which is primarily more important.
What do I want to do?
I want to create a situation in which I am more than comfortable to work on my own projects based upon interests and exploration while still being commercially viable essentially. I'd like to work in a variation of subjects, using design as a tool to accomplish what I believe to be important in life. I understand this broad approach may effect my commercial saleability initially so perhaps an entry level route into the creative industries is the best route to take.
